Special Notes:

  • All rates include Vat, taxes & all legal fees.
  • Extra pax up to 25 pax cost per person is 200€
  • Reservation to be granted only after confirmation of availability and first deposit.
  • Extra decorations such as name cards, small decorative elements and other elements that do not need any special installation are to be handled by local wedding coordinators. In case of extra installation for decors extra charges may appear.
  • Extra services may be added to the above package with extra costs. In case exclusion of services is needed, the final rate will not be affected and total cost is to be charged.
  • All legal paperwork is a responsibility of the couples and no refunds will be given in case of not having their documentation prepared in time or correctly.
  • Marryposa Royal Event is not responsible for any losses of personal items during the event.
  • Transfers to be arranged for each event for both couple and guests are to the closest pick-up point of each accommodation as most villages in Santorini are pedestrian areas.
  • In case of heavy intoxication (f.e. Alcohol), drivers can decline access to the vehicles as per Greek Law.
  • Table plans, ceremony music and cake flavor choice & Dj list must be sent to Marryposa Royal Events no longer than 1 month before the Event date.
  • 0 – 3 years old free of charge
  • 3 – 14 years old: 100€ extra pax ,per person
  • Consumption of drinks is mandatory throughout the reception. The venue offers the option of cash bar after the Open Bar package finishes.
  • This is an open-air venue. In case of unforeseen heavy weather conditions on the day of the event, there is no indoor alternative.
