Stunning place – used to be a royal palace! Service is amazing and very fast – anytime I called and needed something it was immediate. Food was great and so were the views. I was here for a wedding so the whole place was rented for us, but I definitely will come back.

We were at ritz carlton for 4 days attending a wedding and all I can say is wow. The hotel itself is stunning, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are one of the most comfortable beds ive stayed in at a hotel. We had the room with direct lagoon access and it was perfect for a morning dip! I will definitely be back to this hotel and want to say with confidence, if anyone is thinking about a hotel in Oman they should not think of any other one than Al bustan palace

Our recent stay at Al Bustan Palace for the 3-day wedding celebration of Dimple and Mohnish was nothing short of magical. The food was exceptional, with each dish reflecting creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of flavors. From the lavish wedding banquet to the intimate meals, every bite was a delight, and the team’s dedication to excellence was evident in every aspect.
The housekeeping team deserves immense praise for maintaining the pristine beauty of the property. Our rooms were always immaculate, and their attention to detail ensured we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.
