- Save the Date – website or tracking of RSVPs
- Inspire in print media including save the dates & invitations
- Venue visit – Help with ceremony & reception location selection
- Detailed itinerary for vendors providing services on the event day
- Setup trials and vendor meetings
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Digitalised and organised drive to maintain all records, contracts, invoices & payments.
- On-request ability to maintain a payment ledger & handle all local payments for vendors.
- Liaise with the hotel or caterer on menu selections.
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and guest transportation.
- Designing & assisting all printables related to the event day setup.
- Minimum of 3-4 coordinators will be there during the event time for the coordination, all the services
- mentioned in “Pass the Torch” will be included in full planning package
