We stayed here for a night with our toddler and I can say for sure that I have not received such welcome anywhere else so far. They offered us coffee and some really nice cookies and cake while we waited in the lobby.
The overall property is stunning and has hills all around so any click there will turn out to be beautiful, they even gave us a property tour as most of the rooms were vacant when we visited.
Mr Gopi always kept smiling and helped us with everything immediately be it some issue with toilet or currency exchange or recommending a nice indian restaurant nearby.
The food also was good and they made some indian breakfast for us which was nice.
Overall, we always felt we were staying at home rather than a hotel.
Must go if visiting Nuwara Eliya.

The perfect stay! Krishan was absolutely the best host i’ve ever had. Great experience and very clean with a beautiful garde. The overall service in the hotel is just perfect! Highly recommend this place. The laundry service is excellent and the food was awesome

Stylishly presented public areas and spacious rooms. Excellent service and food. Lovely gardens but unfortunately an untimely rain shower prevented a game of croquet.
