My stay at the hotel was business related –
Whilst appreciating the overall operation of your establishment and service rendered by your staff in all areas – I take pride in recognizing the staff member
CHAMOD whom I see as a star performer .
I worked alongside his leadership that was professional – supportive and hardworking and his juniors followed instructions and supported him with WARMTH ! COMMITMENT and Charm.
It was a wedding reception that was in the ballroom- and with Leader being in control and working with his team before- during and after he and his team maintained consistency – professionalism to the end of the evening 3 am the following day –
The staff in the restaurant very active – alive and anticipating –
Reception needs improvement with welcoming and directing guests to their rooms – which is not easy to locate rooms.without proper markings.
Overall – this hotel deserves an accolade for star rating 👏

We recently had our wedding at CBB as an outdoor garden themed wedding at the lagoon lawn area with 200 Pacs.Everything came out just as we wanted.Special thanks to Mrs Nirusha, Event Manager for all the guidance and assisitance we received facililating us in every way.The ambience, the food, the cocktails, the service ,everything was amazing!
