My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a wedding party with the whole villa booked out, and it was fantastic. The wedding went very smoothly and we had a great time relaxing by the pool and on the beach either side of it. Beautiful location, great rooms and we were really well looked after by Rizwan and his team, who were friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

We booked out the entire villa for our wedding for us and our families and it was the best decision we could have made. The service was exceptional and, when our reception was interrupted by a torrential downpour, the staff bent over backwards and came up with every creative solution possible allowing the evening to continue as smoothly as possible.
The food, especially the Sri Lankan breakfasts, was the best we have had anywhere in Sri Lanka and easily surpasses that of the more well-known hotels (Galle Face, Kingsbury, Cinnamon, etc.). We also enjoyed a tasting menu that elevated certain Sri Lankan dishes and can rival any Michelin-recommended and even some Michelin-starred restaurants elsewhere in the world. Our group, made of both Westerners as well as spice-loving Sri Lankans, thoroughly enjoyed each dish. A minor suggestion would be to improve the beverage selection by expanding the wine list and having a small collection of higher end bottles for sale.
The rooms themselves are fantastic, clean and modern. They all have very quiet and efficient air conditioning systems so you will sleep in the conditions you prefer. All rooms are spacious and fantastic so you can’t really go wrong with any of them. The Ocean View suite is our favourite with the Garden View room in second.
The only slight negative with the property is the location; the villa is not really close to any of the major attractions in the country so it should be viewed as a retreat and not as a base to do other activities. We are definitely planning to stay there again for a few nights next time we will be in the country and spend a couple days just enjoying the food and relaxing on the property.
We would like to thank the villa leadership team (Tania, Dharini, Rizwan) for assisting us during the planning of our wedding. Planning such a large event (with ~100 guests) is not easy especially from the other side of the world but the Villa always came through and was by far the best vendor with which we worked. We ended up going through their vendors for the marquee, tables, chairs, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. which are The Marquee Company and Institute of Hospitality and prices were fair and in line with other vendors, and they set up a beautiful display with minimal oversight which took off a huge amount of stress.

We rented out the villa for two days for our wedding in Jan 2025. The property is spacious and beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. In addition, the Villa by CC is known for their tasty and high quality food, which we wanted to be a highlight for our event.
From the moment we began preparing for the event, Tania (the coordinator) and Rizwan (the manager) were very helpful, responsive, and went the extra mile. They accommodated all our requests and ensured that the event went off without a hitch. Any issues that arose were quickly resolved by the team at the Villa.
The food was amazing, as was the service from start to finish. The rooms were also recently renovated and were beautiful as well. Our guests echoed these sentiments.
Overall, everyone had an amazing time and we couldn’t recommend the food, location, service and the staff enough to others.
