I had a small event for 3 with CCi for my folks’ anniversary. The food was absolutely fantastic. I have no complaints; the flavours were authentic and spice levels were toned down, as requested. The amazing manager was able to personalize the menu to my liking which was great.
CCi gives you the perfect fine dining experience; great food in a lovely setting, minus all the fluff. I was glad to not have dry ice and liquid nitrogen anywhere near my food!
The service was impeccable; Chef Vikas, Vijendar and Chef Bhawna were amazing. The service by Vijendar was top notch (at one point he whipped out a lighter and lit a burnt out candle at the table, I appreciated his attention to detail). He was very vigilant and did a great job of getting things done smoothly. Chef Bhawna has magic hands with desserts, I was very impressed! Additionally, she was great with serving and helping prior to the event as well. I had the least interaction with Chef Vikas who seemed to be the silent backbone of the whole thing. He was extremely professional and he cooked the meats to perfection. Additionally, the presentation of everything was great.
My favourite dishes were their truffle corn salad and basil and olive oil chicken tikka. You would be missing out if you don’t try them!
My folks loved the unique experience of having an elevated dinner at home. Thanks a million for making their anniversary so special CCi!
