We had a fantastic Family time in this hotel.
Excellent location. Cross the road and you will find a long beach with a large number of top notch restaurants.
The pool was never full as you are not allowed to leave your towel on the sunbeds when you’re not at the pool. It was very easy to get one.
The breakfast was OK. I loved the bread.
The apartment was lovely and very clean.
And the best this was the workers. All of them were friendly and professional. Reception, bar, cleaners…

This is a small, peaceful hotel, located close to beaches, restaurants and shops but away from the more noisy, tacky areas. The buildings are lovely, as is the pool area – it’s very quiet and ideal for families with young children and couples. Our room was large and had great air-conditioning (essential in July!) and a great bathroom and shower. The rooms are simple but the mattresses are comfortable and there are blackout curtains. Plus a small kitchenette space and fridge. We did have a balcony with table & chairs, but it looked directly at the half-finished neighbouring building (not the hotel’s fault!), so didn’t use it. Some of the other rooms are much smaller but have the same facilities plus a nice outdoor patio area. There is a restaurant and bar by the pool, which is shaded and where the buffet breakfast is available. It was the standard continental breakfast but with a different fresh bread and homemade small pancakes each day. There is a selection of traditional tavernas just a 15-minute walk away, and bars and souvenir shopping in nearby Platanias. There are also regular buses to Chania (30-minute ride), but they get very crowded with other tourists. There are beaches just a 5-minute walk away, but for much nicer beaches, I recommend walking a bit further to just before Agia Marina. The water is warm and shallow, and has a lifeguard, perfect for those with children. I definitely recommend this hotel and the area, if you like peaceful holidays.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay we booked a one bedroom apartment and a studio and both rooms are excellent and very modern with nice balconies and great air conditioning and the most comfortable beds I have slept in on all my holidays to Greece. The staff that work at the hotel are all so helpful and friendly and manager was able to sort out all the requests I asked for his customer service was excellent. The breakfast we paid extra for was worth every penny and more as a great selection of food each day.
The location is fantastic just across the road from the beach and a short walk into the resort centre. I am sat writing this on the beach now on our last day and already know if we come back to this resort we will certainly be booking these suites again. Well done and keep up the excellent work.
