This letter follows my professional role in helping you plan your It is my understanding you will retain me as a Professional Wedding Consultant and Wedding Day Coordinator for your wedding .
As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include :
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors
- Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks ore wedding day
- On – site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 4 to 5 hours on the day of your wedding ( checking the hotel , decorations , buffet etc
- Coordinating with the flower bouquets , hair dresses , coat flowers if it getting done by some other vendors
- Coordinating with the decorations of the cars
Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire , supplies or equipment , documents , etc. As the client , you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfils my obligations under this agreement

I am so grateful to Sajani akka and her team for making our wedding day truly elegant with their stunning flower decorations! Sajani from i Do weddings was very easy to work with. She went above and beyond to create a beautiful bouquet for my homecoming party! From understanding my vision and choosing the flowers to putting it all together and delivering it, she did an amazing job. I recommend her without a second thought!
