About Us

Founded in 2022, iMix Cocktails is a mobile cocktail bar service based in Malta. While the company itself is new, our team brings years of hands-on experience in cocktail bars, weddings, and catering. We pride ourselves on making every event exciting, stylish, and unforgettable.

Meet the Owner

iMix Cocktails is led by Malcolm Paul, who has over 11 years of experience in cocktail bars and 15 years working weddings and private events. A true mixology expert, Malcolm knows his way around spirits, cocktails, and event service. He personally handles all meetings, queries, and manages the bar on your special day—so you’ll always deal directly with the professional behind the brand.

Exclusivity for Your Event

We only take one wedding or event per day, meaning full attention and dedication to you. Malcolm himself, together with his team, will be behind the bar to ensure smooth service, handle any guest queries, and take care of special requests or allergy concerns. Bookings are strictly on a first come, first served basis.

We offer different bar setups to match your style:

  • The Modern Escape Bar – a sleek 6m contemporary bar.

  • The Classic Chic Bar – a stylish 4m wooden bar.

  • Cocktail Bar, Gin Bar, Whisky Bar, or a fully tailored bar of your choice.

Extra Touches

  • Signature Garnishes: Take your cocktails to the next level with unique add-ons like:

    • The Bubble Garnish or The Misty Bubble Garnish (aromatic bubble that guests can pop themselves)

    • The Smoke Show (perfect for whisky lovers)

  • The Shot Tray: A fun highlight for parties—holds up to 120 shots that can be served by the couple, bridal party, or groomsmen straight to the dance floor. This can be booked on its own or along with any of our bar packages. Comes with free disposable glasses and sparklers. (Refundable deposit applies.)

Booking Details

  • Prices are not per person, but based on how many guests you have as one whole all-inclusive package.

  • To receive a quote, we’ll need the number of guests, venue, and date.

  • Availability is limited to one event per day—first come, first served!
