We visited The Hotel to short list a venue for an upcoming family wedding and were gracefully received by Ms. Nourhan Hamouda from their events team.
I was extremely pleased by the way Ms . Nourhan walked us through the venue, explained all the details to the T and made us feel so comfortable.
Would like to highlight her professionalism which was beyond compare to anyone else I have interacted with in a similar situation.

Well what can I say we have just got back from the most amazing 15 nights stay at this hotel.
I am not sure where to start
We arrived early hours off the morning due to a very delayed flight, check in was smooth and was taken to our room.
When we walked in it was Amazing.
We had been given an upgrade (thankyou so much). When we arrived we had treats left out for us.
Thankyou to ALL the staff at the hotel there are too many to personally thankyou, as the staff were all so friendly, helpful and made our stay even better.
The pool was big and clean, no problems getting a sunbed, the staff around the pool very friendly bringing you water when needed. Lots off sunbed at the beach.
We ate at saffar restaurant for breakfast lots off different choices to suit your needs Thankyou for the Peppermint tea ❤️.
In the evening we ate at No Ho and Levant restaurants we could not fault the food or the service.
Also had the afternoon tea at Ramsa the lobby bar this was such a lovely treat for us.
We stayed on a half board dine around basic and had lots of choice.
On our wedding anniversary we came back to a decorated room this was such a lovely touch.
On our last morning at breakfast we were brought a lovely little cake that said see you soon this was so lovely.

We visit intercontinental ras al khaimah to attend the wedding and we stay for 2 days.It was a great experience for the whole family specially the kids,they stayed in kids club with a lot of activities and enjoy there. The ladies did the great job,thank you melanie,maria and nishadi for teaching our kids different kinds of art and crafts.it will forever in their memories.
