I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo, because my sisters wedding was there on the 09th pf august 2024. I must say, the experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel and staff.
A special shoutout goes to the banquet team, who went above and beyond to ensure our event was a grand success. Shanika, the Banquet Manager, deserves particular recognition for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. She managed everything seamlessly, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. Ashan from the banquet team also played a crucial role, assisting with every request promptly and efficiently. Their dedication to making our event perfect was evident in every aspect.
The front desk team was equally impressive. Shehan provided a warm welcome upon our arrival and was always available to assist with any queries we had. His friendly demeanor and efficiency set the tone for our stay. Additionally, Chathumini and Avishka were incredibly attentive throughout our visit, ensuring that every aspect of our stay, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and enjoyable. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable.

A truly unforgettable stay at ITC Ratnadipa!
In celebration of our upcoming wedding anniversary, the ITC team with Rif and Dona at the lead, went above and beyond in every possible way. From a surprise upgrade to a suite and the most beautiful flower bouquet we’ve ever seen, to a custom cake, heart shaped red baloons, red rose petals, edible chocolate with our family photo, and even wedding pictures secretly sourced from our kids – every gesture was thoughtful and deeply personal. The suite was luxurious, the food exceptional, and the happy hour at Ahasa was a delight. A grand reception and an equally grand farewell made us feel truly cherished. Thank you for the magical experience!
