We would like to thank the whole team led by Manager Ms.Veronica for taking care of us during our stay.
The rooms were clean, quiet and with all the amenities. Including free water available at any time.
The breakfast was delicious, in a very cozy restaurant atmosphere.
The pool has a bar next to it, which makes it very convenient.
But what truly stood out, was the excepcional service from the incredible staff. Every member was attentive and highly proactive, able to cater all our needs in a professional and friendly manner.

John was of great service, and very accommodating on requests. Hotel is peaceful and room was decent size. Marcia was great at the breakfast place. James was very helpful in putting together the Shisha when needed.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Very good food but little bit overpriced . The setting is extremely beautiful and cleanliness stands out a lot here!
Rasheen was very help to accommodate for me travelling with three kids alone! I appreciate it a lot! Thank you .
Unfortunately there was a short French lady who was extremely rude and really just tried to make everything difficult for me whenever I asked. For example at tea time we went just when it opened but she served 2 tiny slices of cake , cut in 2 for myself and 3 kids, when my kids asked for more she refused to give and said it finished, however when I left I saw her serving cake to the other guests.very disappointing ! She had serious attitude problem towards me on the restaurant as well. She spoilt my stay unfortunately.
