I initially booked a stay at a Newly opened hotel that was under construction and not fully operational. Upon checking in, we found ourselves to be the only guests, which made the stay uncomfortable. Concerned about this situation, we promptly informed the hotel chain.
To our relief, the hotel chain responded immediately and arranged for us to stay at the Oakrin Hotel close to the hotel we booked . From the moment we arrived at Oakrin, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional hospitality. The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The food at Oakrin Hotel was delicious, and the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even better. Their quick and efficient handling of our situation, along with their warm hospitality, turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable one.
We are truly grateful for their excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so good. We highly recommend the Oakrin Hotel and the lavendish hotel chain for their outstanding service and commitment to their guests.
