We had our dream wedding at the beach of this hotel in June 2019.
Special thanks to Daniela Narty ,to Margaret ,pastry chef Paolo for our beautiful cake ,and the entire team for making our arrival and stay as smooth as could be.
We were working on a tight schedule as we had work commitments and just had few days off to get married.
For dining you have 3 options and depending on wha the hotel plans, there is Cafe des Arts ,Le Dauphin restaurant and chill out Tapas lounge bar.
Our favorite was the Cafe des Arts as it’s right by the beach ,scenic view for a meal or drink as you enjoy the ocean view ,waves and breeze.We got married on the beach on 10th June ,we were lucky that it didn’t rain so our wedding was perfect.It had been cloudy earlier in the day and that had gotten us a bit apprehensive.
Le Duc is definitely a place we’d like to go back to in the foreseeable future either on a family vacation or just a couple celebrating our marriage milestones.

This review focuses on the wonderful staff who made our wedding day so special. On arrival lovely Hillary welcomed us with a big smile; checked us in and lovely cold fruit smoothies were brought to us. I mentioned we were getting married there, Hillary was shocked as they had not been informed, she immediately arranged a meeting with their wedding planner Daniella. Daniella was fabulous and we found the perfect spot in the gardens to marry in. The morning of the wedding Paul trod on a stingray, staff from the tapas bar ran to help and Daneilla rushed us to A&E. On our return I went to the restaurant, staff were getting the area ready for our wedding. Mostly ladies, laughing and having fun setting up chairs and table which they would decorate with flowers. They saw me and I was “”banished”” to our room, lunch would be delivered, no looking out of the window while they made everything perfect. Hilarious! It was just the two of us but they made it feel so special. The ceremony was lovely with friends we made there and some staff. Followed by bubbly and cake which they shared with us. Greg “”handyman”” being handed our camera was photographer and witness; as was Daniella. Our wedding was so lovely. So a massive THANK YOU to all staff. All of you just brilliant. I can’t remember all names but Daniella, Hillary, Maia, Eustasia. Pradeep and colleagues. Restaurant staff. Chefs; fab food. Housekeeping; loved our decorated bed and the gardener for lovely flower displays. THANK YOU ALL

My wife and I stayed at Le Duc during the first part of our honeymoon on the Seychelles when we were on the island of Praslin. We were welcomed with a cool tropical drink on our arrival and had amazing service during our stay (during meals and housekeeping). The staff were very friendly and assisted us in the planning of our daytime excursions. The food was fantastic, especially since Le Duc offered us reductions for meals at the Café des Arts (the great restaurant across the street). For my wife and myself, the hotel itself was very special because it resembled our wedding venue and really gave us the honeymoon feeling. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and encourage them to stay long enough to enjoy the hotel and see the natural beauty of Praslin!
