We had a fantastic stay at The Dendrobium House – truly one of the best villas I’ve ever visited in Kandy! The view is absolutely breathtaking and added so much charm to our entire experience.
The food was outstanding – delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. I also really appreciated the transparency with no hidden costs.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from start to finish.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, great service, and a truly unforgettable getaway.

Perfect getaway from the stress of day to day life. Just the reset the fiancée and me needed before our wedding. Lovely location and an amazing pod. Lake was great for kayaking and the waterfall is lovely to fall asleep to. Would highly recommend if you want to go and unwind.

A haven of tranquility and calm, my wife and I had the most wonderful stay. The setting is exquisite, with the lake, fish, birds, and planting all creating a real sanctuary. The pod itself was beautifully appointed, with an incredibly comfortable bed, all the key amenities, and really fits the setting. Sitting on the deck or lying in the hammock in the sunshine was simply heaven.
Kyle was a wonderful host, and clearly passionate about what he and Jenny have created. The most relaxing and rejuvenating stay I have had anywhere in years – simply exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Dendrobium House Hanthana is a hidden gem surrounded by nature and calm. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the Hanthana mountains
The room is clean, cozy, and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and offer great views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the food was delicious – home-cooked Sri Lankan meals made with care.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy who wants a peaceful, nature-filled stay.!
