Madison Square Park is my favorite park in New York .I even love it more than Bryant Park. It’s such a fun place to spend time. We watched tennis together there, and I found out the Shake Shack in the park is actually the very first one in the U.S

It is a lovely green space perfect for a peaceful break from the city buzz. Surrounded by iconic buildings like the Flatiron, the park offers well-kept lawns, art installations, and plenty of benches. It’s great for a walk, a quick lunch, or just relaxing under the trees. The atmosphere is calm yet vibrant, with locals and tourists alike enjoying the space.

I had the opportunity to experience New York City right before the world shut down on January 1, 2020. The sidewalks were so crowded that you had to turn sideways to get past people. I returned a few months later, and to be honest, it wasn’t as empty as I expected it to be. It seemed as though the locals were generally unfazed by the situation. With their masks on, they were just going about their day, seemingly undisturbed.
From the content I’ve seen and the movies I’ve watched, it appears that New Yorkers live in their own world. I’ve watched most of Casey Neistat’s videos about the city, and it does resemble one big movie set. Despite the big rats and a few rude individuals, the city feels like a dream. There’s always something to do, places to visit, and delicious food to eat.
I truly believe that this is one of those places you need to visit in person and spend a few days in to appreciate fully what you see in movies, YouTube videos, and postcards. I wouldn’t mind moving here for at least a year just for the experience.
