It was such a great place to stay in. The staff are just above and beyond with their service and making sure the guests are all satisfied. The view from the room was amazing apart from the construction site on the opposite side on the hotel. A downside to our stay was making out to check-in at exactly 3pm when we had already confirmed with the reservation team on call that will reach at 2pm but still had to keep us waiting although they had empty rooms when we reached but priority was given to the a big group who had a wedding at the time. Wasn’t the best experience at first.
Food at Market is okay, not the best and not a lot of variety but will do the job.
Ula restaurant ambiance is just out of this world and their team are just the best there is. I don’t recall ever having such outstanding treatment from staff in a restaurant. Sadly there was a confusion with our reservation for the 2 nights at dinner although our package included dinner for two at Ula but the team managed to help us through it.
Overall it was a great experience but check in did put us off from the beginning.

It was a short but very pleasant stay. The friendliness and the warm welcome of the staff and their flawless service and attention to details really stand out. The resort offers a nice choice of restaurants and a great rooftop sunset view bar (Neo Skybar) It was our wedding anniversary and they surely knew how to celebrate it with us.

We celebrated our special day here in this luxurious hotel after our wedding. The hotel looks extravagant but it is money worth it and it’s a very big thank you to my Tita & Tito. The rooms was very neat and clean. The view was magnificent. We had dinner at Boons restaurant inside the hotel and we had a very memorable experience. The staff was very kind, accommodating and very friendly especially Staff Claire, Evelyn, Rahol, and Manager Said. They make sure that we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. We enjoyed our sumptuous dinner at the restaurant with a very excellent and good singer with the whole band. I would love to stay again in this hotel in the near future and I will highly recommend to my family, friends and colleagues.
