We have stayed two nights 9 adults and 7 kids. The place was fantastic and spacious. Ambience is really good. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Chef catered his dishes to our needs. Food was very delicious.

We recently booked On the Rocks Villa but unfortunately had to cancel within a few hours due to an unavoidable situation. We had already made a 50% advance payment to reserve the entire villa. I contacted the management to explain our situation and request a cancellation, and they kindly agreed to offer a full refund.
The management was very understanding, customer-friendly, and genuine throughout the process. Even though we didn’t get the chance to visit the villa this time, we were very impressed with their excellent customer service. We’re definitely looking forward to staying at On the Rocks Villa in the future when the time is right!
