It is hard find fault with Peppers Seminyak. We were a large group of family and friends there for a wedding – and stayed a week. We could have stayed longer! While the facilities are great, it is the staff who make this. They set the standard for customer service!

Yuni, Ditka, and Tuka were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. From start to finish, we felt that we were treated royally… We flew 10,000 miles for my nephews wedding and I must say that we felt as though we were at home. Thank you to all at Peppers Seminyak. We really enjoyed yours our stay

Peppers in Seminyak have the ability to create a magical moment from the moment you arrive to the moment you say good-bye. It was out 20th wedding anniversary and they surpised us wine, flowers and cake in our villa.
We have had many Bali trips and all service has been great however Peppers take it to the next level and beyond. We miss the team already. The management team are to be commended as they have created a culture there that is consistent across the whole crew.
