A peaceful riverside escape just a short drive from Negombo and the airport. Regal Riviera Villa sits on a quiet two-acre property with five beautiful rooms and a lovely garden by the river. Ideal for relaxing before or after a long flight.
The villa was once a family home, and you’ll even spot a vintage bike from its motorbike-enthusiast past. The service is warm and personalised, special thanks to Nishantha, who brings decades of experience as a personal butler.

A fabulous venue with 5 rooms – very new and clean and fenced for security. Ideal at the end of a long flight to recover before travelling or before flying home for some pampering . With a very personable butler to take care of everything this was a wonderful final 2 nights in Sri Lanka

An absolutely incredible stay. Booked for one night before we leave for the airport, and it has been a luxurious experience.
The villa itself is so tastefully designed, and feels like a home (it used to be a private villa, now the owners have converted it into a hotel with 5 rooms). The pool and gardens are lovely, and the rooms are too.
The service is beyond 5 star. We were lucky to be the only guests staying, and Mr Nishantha has been wonderful. I wanted to get a haircut before I left and my mum wanted to do some shopping so he personally booked it and took us to town for this.
There is also a free airport service!
It only opened a month or so ago so we managed to get a good price, but honestly however much it costs just book it, you won’t regret it! It’s almost unbelievable…
