Thanks to all the staff for their good hospitality and professionalism in dealing with all guests, and special thanks to Menna Samir (Guest Relationship Supervisor), who was the main reason for making the vacation one of the best vacations, as she met us from the moment of arrival and coordinated with all the staff to surprise us on our wedding anniversary celebration by making the best decorations in our room and sending the celebration cake as well. I had my wedding photo session at Regal heights hotel this week.
