Rixos is something else. Another level another atmosphere. The attention to details is outstanding. The hygiene is very noticeable. The staff overall are extremely welcoming. The food is amazing. I highly recommend to try restaurant the Mangal and have Chef Ahmad prepare the barbecue with you and be catered with Mr Moustafa and Ahmad and Hassan. We casually told the restaurant staff about our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a beautiful heart shaped cheesecake ❤️ and Moustafa was generous enough to choose for us the right drink to celebrate the occasion with a smile on his face. My husband and I thank The Mangal Staff of their sweet gesture and beautiful smile and care. Much love

We celebrated our anniversary at Lalezar restaurant. The table on the veranda overlooking the sea was amazing. I love the wedding soup, the meat is so tender and the desserts are delicious. Thank you chef, thank you guys!

I want to sincerely thank the reception staff. You are real magicians. Thank you for the attention and care from the hotel in honor of our special holiday. Thank you, the room we got was amazing, perfect view of the pool, quiet area, the best service! Thank you for cleaning the room, it was perfect cleanliness! The friendliest staff! It’s great to see how the hotel changes every year for the better! The coffee shop and ice cream with a view of the sea are wonderful! Thank you, hotel management! Thank you for taking care of your guests and making our vacation better and better!
What could be improved (personal opinion of a PwC consultant):
– I would be happy to see a new lunch menu in the Salt restaurant
– we traveled to Asia and noticed that they use buttons with lights (one in the room, others on the corridor side) guests can press the “”do not disturb”” or “”clean the room”” button and a colored light comes on outside. there is also a bell on the outside.
– if possible, add a “”chicken or duck pate”” item for breakfast
– if possible, add nuggets to the poolside lunch menu
– in luxury rooms you can use a smart assistant with artificial intelligence, which you can set an alarm clock or it will voice information about the hotel, or you can reserve some a-la cart by your voice. it looks like a music speaker (in Russia there is an analogue – Alice)
It’s only personal opinion but it will be great if you use this recommendation in the future

Amazing time spent at the Rixos for our 24th wedding anniversary. Just had a great anniversary meal at the Brazilian restaurant. Delicious
