We recently had the absolute joy of celebrating our wedding at Rosselli – AX Privilege, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of magical. We also stayed for two nights at the hotel, and those days will remain etched in our hearts forever.
This hotel is truly world class. Every detail exudes luxury, elegance, and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff are beyond exceptional warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every moment special. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and their care and hospitality made us feel incredibly supported on such an important occasion.
Our wedding day was perfect in every way. Far beyond anything we had dreamed of. The venue itself is breathtaking, beautifully blending classic Maltese charm with modern luxury. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, creating a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere that made our celebration feel truly unique.
The food at Grain deserves special mention – it was absolutely incredible. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece. It added another unforgettable layer to an already perfect experience.

Our stay at the Rosselli has been first class. The comfort room was spacious and immaculately clean, the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless and made our stay all the better with the nightly turn down service and sweet treat!
Breakfast is the best part of the day, the menu is fantastic spanning healthy yogurt to the full English! What makes breakfast extra special at the Rosselli is the cheerful attentive staff, daily they take time to welcome you and chat about your day, we even managed to learn a few words of Maltese. The breakfast staff ensure you have plenty to drink and eat and always got our day off to happy start a truly lovely team of staff
The reception team are always on hand to organise trips and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure we enjoyed are stay
Overall no hesitation in recommending the Rosselli hotel top class accommodation, food and the hotel staff are all fantastic.

My wife and I had the #axprivilege of spending a weekend break at Rosselli and believe me what an #axperience it was! We took the opportunity to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary and we definitely did not regret it, on the contrary we were delighted! It was in mid-July so you can imagine the heat in Malta, but at Rosselli AX Privilege, they wowed us immediately on check-in when we were greeted by their superb butler not only with the usual taking of the luggage but also with cold face cloths and champagne as a welcome drink! Nothing better to receive on check-in, in peak summer!
The hotel in itself is a Jewel in the Heart of the Capital City in all aspects i.e, beautiful architecture, interior design and decor, luxury & elegance of the accommodation rooms, excellent service, attention to detail, divine food and impeccable service at their restaurant Grain…..in other words we felt like Royalty and it was a fantastic weekend to remember! Well the photos say it all and we will surely recommend it to anyone who wants to have an #axperience in the heart of Valletta!
