1. The wedding agency, “Santoweddings,” is based in Santorini.
2. Upon your arrival on the island, we will schedule a pre-wedding meeting in our cozy office (which lasts 1-3 hours), where we will review all the services and timing of your wedding day. We will contact all the providers to prevent any issues from arising on your big day. Our friendly team will be delighted to serve you delicious local drinks during your visit. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, with no days off during the wedding season (April-November). We can also arrange to meet during other months upon request.
3. Three wedding planners will organize and coordinate your wedding.
4. We will provide you with detailed information and a portfolio of Santorini wedding venues, including not only edited photos but also photos and videos taken on a phone so you can see the venue in real life. We can even set up a video conference from the venue, so you can see it in real-time.
5. Our extensive portfolio of hotels in Santorini offers safe and comfortable booking conditions, and some hotels and villas offer discounts.6. We will give you full information about our team, including hairdressers and photographers. You will know exactly which hairdresser will style your hair, who will take pictures, who will meet you, etc. Our company works with experts in the field of wedding services. Moreover, if you have specific questions, you can contact them directly. Therefore, you will be fully informed about who you will be working with on your wedding day.

Five stars truly aren’t enough to express how grateful we are for Irene and everything she did to make our elopement in Santorini, Greece absolutely perfect.
Planning an international wedding from another country can be scary and overwhelming, but Irene made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Communication was seamless, even across time zones, and she always made time to talk through our ideas and concerns. She was so warm, responsive (especially when I had a little pre wedding bride anxiety about everything being perfect), and incredibly organized.
What really stood out was the transparency—every package and vendor price was clearly presented and felt completely fair. We always knew what to expect, which gave us so much peace of mind. Irene and her team also work with some of the best wedding vendors in the area, and it showed in every single detail of our magical day.
She provided amazing recommendations on everything—from the timeline of the day, to venues, to accommodations—and all of them were spot-on. When we finally met Irene and her teammate Monica in person, it truly felt like meeting family. The warmth and care made us feel so supported, and on the day itself, they were both present with us but it struck the perfect balance: always nearby if we needed anything, but also giving us the privacy and intimacy we wanted.
Thanks to Irene, our Santorini elopement was more beautiful and meaningful than we ever could have imagined. We can’t recommend her and Monica enough!
