Sundara by Mosvold is truly the best place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a private honeymoon paradise—perfect for couples seeking romance and relaxation. With only 8 rooms, the boutique atmosphere offers total privacy and exclusivity, making every guest feel special.
The food is absolutely incredible, with each meal tasting like it’s from another world. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay unforgettable. A last minute booking, stayed 1 night in a sea view suite. Located north of Balapitya on a clean accessible beach for swimming, especially in the morning, when the seas are calm.
Very professional staff. I was granted an early check-in, thank you. Well maintained grounds, with a beautiful pool. The food and service was excellent for a B&B property. A very generous breakfast…I always have the Sri Lankan option…can’t go wrong with that. During the afternoon, I walked to Cinnamon Island and back. All up highly recommended. Thank you Sundara.
