We stayed at the Nyne Muse for 2 nights and I wish it was for longer. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. They always magically appeared exactly at the right times. And were more than accommodating when we needed anything. Without hesitation they would always respond with a warm smile & a “yes, of course; no problem.”We had dinner & breakfast each day and it was fantastic. Towards the end of each dinner it was lovely to see the chef and have a little chat. His meals were delicious & full of flavor. The menu catered to local and western cuisine. On our 2nd night, a few friends of ours were staying at neighboring hotels. They came over to join us for dinner (as their accommodations didn’t have a kitchen or were closed). Each of our friends were so grateful to have proper service, excellent meals and leave with full bellies. The service is something that separates this hotel from others. The service was excellent. Nishantha and the team were exceptional. I love that this hotel is boutique & beautiful. If I were to book a retreat with multiple people, I would book all the rooms of the The Nyne – the Muse. It’s just that special!

Nyne the Muse is now one of my favorite places! Everything about this place is amazing- the property, the amenities, the rooms. But the two things that really elevate it are the staff and the food. Nishantha hosted us and was absolutely incredible. His service went above and beyond all expectation. The food was outstanding- they truly have a five star kitchen and the chef is a master. We will absolutely return and are also looking forward to visiting other Nyne hotel locations in our future trips to Sri Lanka!
