UMANA Bali

Umana Bali exceeded our expectations, it was extraordinary from start to finish. The service was warm, generous, and highly responsive. Staff made every detail feel personal, from hot tea deliveries when I was unwell to organizing a doctor and medicine onsite within the hour.
Our villa was breathtaking, spacious and beautifully appointed, with a massive bathroom, luxurious rain and outdoor showers, a large deep bathtub, and even a Japanese-style smart toilet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and at night all we could hear was the soft sound of water.
The in-villa dining was some of the best we’ve ever had, restaurant quality dishes delivered with care. Breakfast was also a standout, both buffet and a la carte options were available, and everything was fresh, and beautifully plated.
The attention to detail is everywhere, from the seamless buggy rides through the landscaped gardens to the elegant, thoughtful interiors. We witnessed a clifftop wedding one night with private fireworks it looked magical. I truly hope to return soon, especially with my daughter, the kids’ area looked amazing.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and everybody made us feel really special. Vishnu who checked us in late night and the lovely manager at the breakfast were commendable. They make you feel at home. Not to forget the breakfast was top notch.

We had our wedding here in Umana Bali, it was great and wonderful! Good environment, nice staff, especially Lofan, Eva, Nuka, Eddy cholin and server in wedding Ariani, Del Anto, Yulisa! We will definitely come again!
