My name is Alessandro, and my story is rooted in two great passions: the Pizza and the Land. I am a Pizza Chef and run a farm in Tuscany, where every day I grow the ingredients that become part of my creations. I have chosen to bring my kitchen beyond the confines of a restaurant to offer people an authentic experience: a Pizza prepared on the spot, in any setting, imbued with the warmth and atmosphere it truly deserves. I organize tailor-made Pizza Parties for a wide range of events: Weddings, Corporate presentations, private Gatherings in Villas, Pool Pizza Parties, Yacht Party,and Aperipizza. I arrive with my professional portable oven (or use a wood-fired oven at the venue), gazebo, elegant wooden workstations, ambient lighting, buffet setup — every detail needed to transform an event into an unforgettable experience. Also i provide to Cannoli Station and a beautiful and particular Gelato Cart, with artisan Ice Cream. My Pizzas tell stories of seasonality and terroir: many are born from ingredients grown in my own garden, while the rest are carefully selected from small local producers who share my dedication to quality and traceability. Every bite is the result of patient, respectful, and passionate work. My experience can be brought anywhere, which is why the Pizza Experience can travel all over the world. I can reach any location and create pizzas using local ingredients and the equipment available on site. Everything can be fully customized.
