Champagne Veuve Fourny & Fils

Champagne is always rich in emotion and in our family it also evokes the passion, that of l’artisan winemaker who cultivates a magnificent terroir classified in Vertus Premier Cru. We have a wealth that we maintain in our family since 1856. Thus, we are the 5th generation to offer Champagne wines. From our grandfather Albert, Roger his son and Mrs Veuve Fourny, we inherited’a know-how as well as’ a vineyard of old vines, including the Clos Faubourg de Notre-Dame, a rarity in Champagne. C’is also for us a pride of vinifying it because it is’ d’a monopoly of the Fourny family since 1930. Although brothers, we are above all complicit and complementary, it is therefore quite naturally that we took over the family home in 1993. From our personal experiences, our different strong characters, we have jointly decided the style of our wines. Our collection of champagnes highlights our Premier Cru terroir of the Cote des Blancs in a refined style, which gives pride of place to’ elegance and freshness. Thus, we make every effort, in the vineyard as in the cellar, to extract the purest expression of the grape variety and the terroir by proposing champagnes low dose.
