REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for wedding suppliers (“Suppliers”) using the Marriage Market platform (“Platform”). This Policy is part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. By using the Platform, Suppliers agree to this Policy.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 System Faults and Technical Issues:

  • Refunds will be processed if the service is not functioning as intended due to system faults or technical issues that are within the control of Marriage Market.
  • Suppliers must report any technical issues promptly to be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the success results of the service.
  • Refunds are not applicable for issues outside the control of Marriage Market, such as poor internet connectivity or other third-party problems.

3.1 Submitting a Refund Request:

  • Suppliers must submit refund requests through the designated channels on the Platform.
  • The request must include a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant documentation or evidence.

3.2 Review and Approval:

  • Upon receiving a refund request, Marriage Market will review the issue and determine eligibility based on this Policy.
  • Suppliers will be notified of the decision within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3 Processing Refunds:

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the Supplier.
  1. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Supplier:

  • Suppliers may cancel their subscription by providing a 1-month notice.
  • Cancellations can be initiated through the Supplier’s account settings on the Platform or by contacting customer support.

4.2 Full-Year Subscriptions:

  • Full-year subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term.
  • Suppliers who have paid for a full-year subscription may choose not to renew after the term ends.

4.3 Effect of Cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation, the Supplier’s access to the Platform will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Any data associated with the Supplier’s account may be deleted, and Marriage Market is not obligated to retain such data.
  1. Automatic Renewal

5.1 Subscription Renewal:

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each term unless the Supplier cancels their subscription before the renewal date.
  • Renewal fees will be charged using the payment method on file unless updated by the Supplier.

5.2 Notification of Renewal:

  • Suppliers will receive a notification prior to the renewal date, reminding them of the upcoming renewal and any changes to the subscription terms or fees.
  1. Promotions and Discounts

6.1 Special Promotions:

  • Marriage Market may offer promotions, discounts, or extended free trial periods to selected Suppliers at its discretion.
  • The terms and conditions of any promotional offers will be communicated to eligible Suppliers.

6.2 Non-Transferable Promotions:

  • Promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
